5 Ingredient 100cal No Bake Cookies

It’s so stinking hot lately that being in front of an oven does not sound appealing lol. BUUUUT when you’re craving something sweet & delicious, there’s always room for ‘No bake’ choices!!! These 5 ingredient no bake cookies just what I needed. 😍

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup all-natural/light peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure/NSA maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Dark chocolate chips (if you’d like!)

DIRECTIONS:

In a microwave safe bowl, melt your peanut butter and maple syrup in the microwave in 20 second increments, making sure it gets just melty enough to mix together. Once mixed well, add in your oats and cocoa powder. Mix until thick! Now, add in chocolate chips if you’d like and using a tablespoon, drop the batter onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper and then lightly press down on each cookie with your hand to the desired thickness, then place in the fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy!!!!

Now that’s an easy recipe that is perfect for summertime when you don’t want to be over a hot oven but you still are craving something sweet!
