Jun 18, 2022

Hello YUMMY & EASY breakfast!!

Oats are such a great way to start off your day feeling full and satisfied. They are also so versatile!

What you’ll need for these:

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup oats (I use quaker oats)
1/8 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 scoop your fave chocolate protein powder (I use Yummy Sports)
1 tbsp apple sauce
1/4 cup milk (I use unsweetened cashew milk)
Some dark chocolate chunks!

Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl until your batter as well mixed. Then, pour your brownie batter into a small oven safe baking dish, and bake on 350° for 15 minutes. Allow your oats to cool for at least 10 minutes and then top and enjoy!

PS, For the whole thing you are getting a good 380 cals to start off your day good and fueled with a combination of good fats, protein and complex carbs!

Now that’s a DELISH brekky!!!! Some amazing nutrients for those days where are you know you’re going to need some more energy because this is PACKED with healthy carbs. I also love to eat baked oats after I go for a long run to really fuel my body post workout.

Let me know if you try!!! HAPPY Saturday!!!
