Homemade Protein Ice Cream Bowls

This recipe is super easy, delicious and versatile!! You can mix is up any way you’d prefer. This snack will also leave you feeling full and satisfied and with its high protein content, keep you full for hours!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 40g flavoured protein powder
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice

DIRECTIONS:

Crush ice in your blender (or food processor) first, until snow-like texture. Add in all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth & thiccc consistency (approx. 3 mins). Enjoy!!!
