Ingredients:
- 113g 1% or 2% cottage cheese (I use 2% lactose free)
- 45g liquid egg whites
- 50g flavoured protein powder (I use Alani Frosted Flurry or PEScience Vanilla)
- 10g sweetener
- 25g organic coconut flour
- Splash of vanilla
- 50g fresh blueberries
- 5Tbsp of water (Can add more if your ‘batter’ looks too thick, depending on your protein powder used)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 and bake for 18-22 minutes. I like using the silicone donut pan for ease of removing. Mix all ingredients together. Add water and blueberries last.
- Refrigerate them in a sealed container once cool or enjoy right away!
