Who doesn’t love S’mores in the summertime?! đŸ€€đŸ«•

We can enjoy these even when it’s raining, or heck, even in the winter!!

Try this baked S’MORES OAT protein recipe đŸ€©

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
1 graham cracker sheet
1/4 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/3 cup pumpkin purée (or you can use applesauce if not a pumpkin fan)
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
Marshmallows

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all of the above ingredients in a blender minus the marshmallows. Pour into a bowl or ramekin and bake for 18-20 minutes. When there is about 4 minutes left, add the marshmallows on top. Let cool (just a little though) & enjoy đŸ€Ž

** Note: You can omit the protein powder if you like, but it’s an easy and great way to incorporate a source of protein! If you do omit, you can add in 1tsp of vanilla extract.
