This beautiful lady approached me to help her regain a healthy relationship with food, gain strength, and feel comfortable and confident in her body again.
We worked out a custom training plan that worked for her, and worked through proven eating habits that she can maintain for life to ensure she will always feel the way she deserves to feel.
She struggled with things like not seeing changes with what she ‘thought’ was eating healthy, ate out of boredom (a very common struggle!), and chronic yo-yo dieting. Like all my clients, we get exhausted going through these struggles and not knowing why – which makes it worse.

“Last summer I would not “allow” myself to have a s’more around the campfire on a WEEKDAY. Treats were only for the weekend…even in the summer time.. or so I made myself believe.
I wanted that s’more, but I wouldn’t have one. I would talk myself out of it, telling myself I didn’t need one, that I could hold off until Friday. That my friends is RESTRICTION 🛑
And do you know what restriction’s partner is….OVERINDULGENCE 🥴 Yup, the girl who wouldn’t have that s’more on a Tuesday would have it ALL from Friday to Sunday…chips, chocolate, candy, pizza, cookies-If it wasn’t on my “container list” it was going in my belly 😞
Such a vicious cycle: Restriction & Overindulgence. The struggle is real 😔 Especially for someone who has struggled with their weight and their relationship with food for most of their adult life.
This cycle needed to be broken. I needed to make a change. And I did! Back in April I connected with a nutritional coach. Since then I’ve been learning how to maintain good eating habits, to enjoy the “good stuff” any day of the week but to also make healthy choices too so I can maintain my health goals.
